We offer free delivery and installation on orders of $500 and above!
For orders in a single invoice below $500 will be subject to a $50 delivery fee (exclude GST).
Please be advised that all additional charges related to delivery excludes GST.

Our team of professional movers will carefully transport your items to your home or office, and then assemble and install them according to your specifications.

Return and Cancellations

Please be advised that all additional charges related to delivery as displayed on our website, are excluding of GST.

SG LUXURY provides 5 calendar days return policy for all regular-priced and in-stock goods, with the exception of pre-order products and customised products.
In the event of a Return and Order Cancellation:

For Return, the customer must inform us in writing within 5 calendar days after delivery of the product in its Original condition, the amount of the refund will be the Final Paid Price minus the Restocking Fee (25% of the Final Paid Price) minus the Delivery Fees.

There is no cancellation after an order has been placed.

All additional fees must be paid prior to service completion. Eg. stair climbing

We do not allow returns and cancellations for the following categories of products:

Custom-made furniture
Items sold at a discount or as ‘as-is’ condition during sales
